What's included in a standard clean?
A standard clean covers all living areas, kitchen surfaces, hobs and sinks, bathrooms, vacuuming throughout, mopping hard floors, dusting surfaces, and emptying bins. It typically takes 2–4 hours depending on the size of your home. I'm happy to tailor it to what matters most to you,just let me know when you book.
What's included in a deep clean?
A deep clean covers everything in a standard clean, plus inside appliances (oven, microwave), cupboard fronts, skirting boards, light switches, window ledges, and a thorough scrub of grout and tiles. It's a minimum of 4 hours and is perfect as a one-off seasonal refresh, before a tenancy ends, or as your first clean before going on a regular schedule.
How long does a clean take?
It depends on the size of your home and the type of clean. A standard clean typically takes 2–4 hours; a deep clean usually takes 4–9 hours. I'll give you a proper estimate when you enquire. I never rush,I'll stay until the job is done properly.
Do I need to be home during the clean?
Not at all,most of my regular clients leave a key or use a key safe. I'm fully vetted and insured, so you can relax at work or run errands while I get on. If you'd prefer to be home the first time, that's absolutely fine too.
What cleaning products do you use?
I bring my own professional-grade products and use eco-friendly options wherever possible. If you have allergies, sensitivities, or prefer specific brands, just let me know in advance and I'll accommodate that. Your home, your rules.
Do you bring your own equipment?
Yes,I bring everything I need, including a vacuum, mop, cloths, and all cleaning solutions. You don't need to provide anything unless you have a strong preference for your own products or equipment.
Are you insured?
Yes, I'm fully insured for public liability. You can book with complete peace of mind. If you'd like to see a copy of my insurance certificate, just ask,I'm happy to share it.
How do I pay?
Payment is taken at the time of booking via the pricing calculator,you can pay by card, PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. For regular clients, I'm happy to arrange monthly invoicing. An invoice is automatically sent to your email when your booking is confirmed.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes,I ask for at least 24 hours' notice where possible so I can fill the slot. Life happens, and I'll always try to find an alternative time that works for you. Just drop me a message and we'll sort it out.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?
I take real pride in my work and want every clean to feel worth it. If you're not happy with anything, let me know within 24 hours and I'll come back to put it right at no extra charge. Your satisfaction matters to me,always.
Do you offer a discount for regular bookings?
Yes,weekly and fortnightly clients receive a 10% discount. It's also more cost-effective because regular cleans stay on top of things, meaning each visit takes less time than a one-off. It's a win all round.
